I could set you up on a the local MLS automatic email program. The properties that have been foreclosed upon- meaning the bank has taken full ownership and removed the owner/tenant are then listed in that system. They are called REO's- or bank owned. If you are looking for properties that are in the process of being foreclosed upon it is difficult to get that data with any accuracy because so much can happen in the process to stall, or change dates and time lines. The owner can also have judgments, bankruptcies or any number of reasons it gets postponed. There are also auctions where the bank could sell the property and it would never return to the banks possession. Are you looking for properties that are bank owned or in the midst of going through the foreclosure process? - Mon Sep 8 2008, 14:47
