About Me
Marianne is the founder and team leader of The Bandy Home Team. Marianne is the listing specialist and the team also has six buyer specialist agents that are expert in helping Denver home buyers find their dream home quickly and easily and for the best price.

Marianne’s heart has always been in Real Estate. In 2000, after her last child left home, she decided to get her real estate license and has never looked back. She loves what she does.

Except for a brief stint in Idaho, she has lived in the Denver area since she was 1 year old. She refers to herself as “nearly native”. She graduated from Aurora Central High School, where she lettered in gymnastics, and later attended Brigham Young University.

Marianne's passion is helping others achieve their real estate dreams.
With a background in computer programming and experience providing technical support for large companies, she combines her caring approach with cutting-edge technology. The metro Denver home search feature on her website gets rave reviews for its ease of use and detailed searches it provides.

The banks have resorted to some tricks lately that we are aware of that is helping them to get multiple offers and more money from buyers. We have a strategy to meet this tactic head on.
