Hello. I am a broker in the Douglas/Elbert county area. I too am from Ca. (Northern) I help californians find residential ranch properties (that is my specialty) Depending what your needs are, there are many properties that are available right now. My first suggestion to all of my buyers is to narrow down how far you want to be from your employment and if you have kids, to check out the schools districts.
