Yes there are buyers out there, as a buyer's agent I try to educate my clients on the best "deal" for them. The best deal is not always the lowest price. I would advise you to use a Park City realtor. We know are local market and can give you the best advise. - Thu Apr 24 2008, 13:36

Who should get an inspection first - seller or buyer?

I always recommend that my seller’s get a home inspection that way they can address any issues that may come up. That being said, as a buyer’s agent I always have the buyer get a home inspection regardless if one has already been done. Sometimes two inspectors are better than one. - Thu Apr 24 2008, 13:24
