House in Sugarhouse, or Condo in PC... hmm...

There is a fair amount of condos for sale in the Park City area, making it a great opportunity for buyers. Condos are great especially for newly weds with no kids. It will give you and your new wife the freedom to "pack and go" without worrying about the chores a house requires. The good news is that by the time you get set on having little ones, the market should be coming around. In addition, when you decide to upgrade you may look into keeping the condo as an investment property. Bear Hollow Village and Fox Point at Redstone allow for nightly rentals and can generate a decent rental income. HOA dues at Bear Hollow are around $160 for a 2 bed townhouse with many amenities including a clubhouse and a pool and Foxpoint is a little higher but is nearby shopping, restaurants and the movies. What is more important to you ... location or value? In order to better assist you in your search would be helpful to know a bit more about your wants and needs. # of beds and baths, do you have kids? pets? how much time will you spend in PC? Is it an investment, vacation or 1st home?, etc...
