Based on our local MLS figures, there is a range of lots at Promontory from .37ac to 1.9 ac that are active on the market from $349k to $2.19M. and there have been closed sales from $367k to $949k since June of 2007. For the year end of 2007 Park City Board of Realtors reported sales close to $2billion which is very close to the same year end figures for 2006.
