First and foremost, DO NOT use any made up or "standard" leases in PA. PA has a law called the PA Plain Language Lease Law. If the jusge thinks your lease is confusing, he can let your deadbeat tenants off the hook! If you want, contact me for a copy of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Lease, and I can show you hwo we can do tenant and criminal background checks on your applicants.
