You can actually sign up to get e-mail alerts on new foreclosures in a specific price range. Just visit the website in the "Web Reference" and scroll down to the foreclosure alerts. Pick the best one that describes what you're looking for and it will email you when any new foreclosure comes on the market in that price range. Best wishes.
