I am a Realtor in Panama City and there are many great investments offered here. If you will let me know the type of investment you are interested in, I can send detailed information to you. With the new International Airport scheduled to open late next year, there is tremendous growth expected in the Panhandle of Florida during the next few years. There's no way you can go wrong with an investment here. If you are looking for a good real estate investment and you like beautiful white sandy beaches along the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Panama City Beach is it! The Panhandle of Florida is considered the "forgotten coast" but that is quickly changing as the world is discovering what we have to offer. The cost of living is lower and we have experienced less hurricanes than our other Florida neighbors. Nautilus Cove has been a successful venture but I understand lately have some serious issue that a buyer would need to pursue further. If you have never been to Panama City Beach, I encourage you to visit here in order to experience the "perfect" place to live, work, retire or invest.
