Owner Financing/ lease to own

Amanda Corbin answered:
Many sellers are willing to be more creative in order to sell their properties in Panama City Beach now, with the market being so slow. I would suggest you find a few properties you're interested in and then make an offer. You never know until you ask. Your Realtor should be able to help as well. If you're not currently working with anyone, I would be happy to help you find something. - Fri Aug 22 2008, 14:48

An official wetland study hasn't been completed, but I would estimate around half is wetlands, with much of this being creek frontage. - Sun Aug 17 2008, 18:43

Is it a good idea to buy house on foreclosure?

Amanda Corbin answered:
It can be a good to purchase foreclosures, but believe it or not they are not always the best deal. In the Panama City Beach area sometimes the foreclosures are priced higher than other units on the market. It just depends on when that seller purchased the property. It is definitley a good time to get a steal on beach investments in the Panama City Beach area. Conatct me anytime if you are interested. - Sun Apr 20 2008, 06:54

Is it a good time to buy a house in Florida now?

Amanda Corbin answered:
Absolutely! Especially in Panama City Beach. You can get more for your money than you have been able to get in 5 years or more! For example, you can buy a 2 bedroom beach front condo in a NEW complex around $300,000. You can buy a 2 bedroom beach front condo in an older complex in the lower $200k's! If you're interested in the Panama City Beach area give me a call, or check out my web site. - Sun Apr 20 2008, 06:50
Amanda Corbin answered:
Now is the perfect time to buy in Panama City Beach. Prices are lower than they have been in years so you can get a great deal. You can rent the property for a couple years, either as a vacation rental or a long term rental, to help offset costs then sell it when the market comes back up. Contact me any time if you want to discuss our market and what deals are available. You can also search through my website. Amanda - Sun Apr 20 2008, 06:39
