Has declining price trend for Panama City properties begun to stabilize or will price capitulation continue?

Stan, as a Keller Williams real estate agent in panama city florida, I can tell you that I remain quite busy in the current market.

While we have experienced significant price adjustments on many properties, our market place is experiencing more of a "getting back to normal" market then a "capitulation". For the most part, properties that are priced correctly for todays market are moving very well.

There are some very good condo deals at the moment, and it has become a very large part of my business. While a few of the scheduled condo developments have been placed on hold, there are still quite a few good opportunities in resorts such as: Calypso, Edgewater and a few others.

palisades condos panama cityprices for 2 bed 2 bath any available?

Gerald, there are currently only 2 active 2 bedroom listings in the Palisades Condo development:
2/2 1/2 for $270k and 2/2 1/2 for $335k
