Loopnet is good, you may also want to try to contact your local Co-Star rep. They will / or should contact you. They generally have field reps that survey the markets for new properties. There also is a few other free submission sites. CIMLS.com is one you can google the rest. Truthfully though Loopnet and Co-Star are probably the two most widely used. Craigslist is always a good bet. - Mon Aug 4 2008, 11:13
Initially when I signed on with a Top 10 Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, my Director told me that if I could not make it at least a year without making any money and still be able to maintain my quality of life that he would not put forth the effort to train me. Point is...It takes a while to get going on the commercial side. Some companies will give you a draw some will not. I would be more concerned with the mentoring than the draw. $2,000 a month for 6-12 months does not come close to the valuable experience and contact you will gain as you mentor under a heavy hitter. - Mon Aug 4 2008, 11:05
