how long should it take to get pre approve for a home loan.?

Do you think the recent spike in sales activity has anything to do with the upcoming changes to FHA loans?

The FHA loans allow buyers to apply lower down payments which will contribute to more 1st time buyers being able to get into a home. Combine that with lower home prices and the $7500 tax credit and a lot of 1st timers have decided to buy. - Thu Aug 28 2008, 17:35
