I am originally from the Midwest where I brought my business education from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and years of sales and management experience here to benefit my buyers and sellers from around the world. I always think it's a good idea to work with a couple of lenders initially as a checks and balances method to protect yourself and ensure you're getting the best program to meet your needs. If you feel your mortgage broker is not delivering on his/her promise, you should feel free to contact a different lender to at least get advise and potentially put your actual lender back in check. Even if the appraisal has been ordered and you're up against deadlines. I assure you, any lender with your best interests in mind will work with you to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with the process. Just make sure to communicate with your realtor so he/she can protect you on the timeframe and contract terms prior to making any final decisions to change lenders. I truly enjoy working hard until the work is done and finally relaxing to a movie at the end of the day. My two hours of uninterupted entertainment bliss with my fiance and two cats, Little Beane and Deeter. If I have free-time during the day, you'll find me lounging in the pool on a floaty. I never take for granted the daily sunshine coming from Wisconsin. Nothing feels more like vacation to me! I used to come to Palm Springs all the time as a girl to visit my father and it was always a vacation here. I also enjoy boating in Lake Havisu, roller blading along ocean boardwalks like Newport Beach, and skiing at Big Bear. I golf when I find the time with family and friends and play tennis and swim just for fun.
