About Me

I relocated to Fla from N.Y. ( Brooklyn,& Queens) about 12 years ago. There I owned and operated retail business for twenty years ( CANARSIE) . Karl's Deli and Catering. When arriving in Fl, I established,owned and operated a lawn & landscaping business serving the East Lake area of Palm Harbor. ( Family Lawn) which is still serving Lansbrook and surrounding communities. I enjoy speaking with people which I believe helps whether purchasing or selling a home. I believe an agent should spend the time with a buyer to make sure this is the right home, whether it is investment or for a residence. When representing a seller, he should be readily accessable to all potential buyers, and market a home to get as many buyers to see it as possible. I try to be creative to reach as many buyers as possible.

The schools in Palm Harbor, tarpon Springs have great ratings. I know from experience as my son went to Brooker Creek elem., Tarpon middle, and East Lake High. The high schools also offer extra curricular activities some of which are sports teams, clubs,etc.The elem. suggests strong parent involvement with your childs school work & activities. Hello Roberta,we have many communities near Island Estates to also look at. Depending on your clients specific needs and wants ( are they interested in T/ Homes, condos, S/F homes etc) they will have a lot to choose from. Assoc. dues vary from one community to another. We have condos directly on Clearwater Beach , near it and some a short drive away, but located close to smaller local beaches with water acess to the Gulf. There are many communities to look at in the area, There is traffic congestion during rush hour, but I came from NY and traffic seems like nothing here.
