I am a Buyer’s Agent with Resident Real Estate Network and have been a licensed Realtor in Florida for 3 Years. Originally from Philadelphia where Kathy worked in Mortgage Processing for several years. Kathy had moved to the Orlando area in the 1980’s and spent several years as a leading Sales Consultant in hotel convention sales before returning to the Pennsylvania area where she become a leading technology sales associate. The treasures that Florida offers never left Kathy’s heart and after a neighbor told her about the Flagler County/Palm Coast area, it only took one visit and she knew this was where she wanted to be. Wanting to share her discovery of beautiful Flagler County/Palm Coast with others and tying in her past professional experiences made perfect sense for the choice of a Real Estate career as a Realtor. Kathy brings an invaluable perspective to serving Real Estate customers providing service and resources that she expects herself from a professional, and utilizing the tools available to provide customers with an efficient and enjoyable experience.

Hotel Convention sales in the Orlando area for 6 years where I was awarded #1 in sales.
