There is a lot of talk of a softening real estate market. How would you describe the real estate market in Palm City?

The market experienced incredible price appreciation until 2005. For various reasons, ie; hurricanes, property tax increases and insurance costs, many homes are on the market and prices have come down. I expect this to continue until there is sufficient job growth to sustain prices. - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51

How would you describe the public and private education options in Palm City?

I have three children in the public school system in Martin County. Palm City schools are all 'A' rated by the state of Florida and meet all class size goals. There is a new elementary school planned for the area. We have had children in elementary school, middle school and high school and have had very good experiences at all levels of their education. - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51

Palm City has a variety of neighborhoods, rural to gated country club communities. Homes are available on water with access to the Atlantic Ocean. The key word in Palm City is 'diversity' in product.
