Interview Realtors, ask for recommendations from friends. It is always better to work with a Realtor who understands you and your needs and is working hard for you. what are land values of jupiter farms versus palm city?

There are a lot of properties for sale in Jupiter Farms now. Many people bought there at the height of the market and are now in financial distress. I have personally worked with several owners that had to go to short sale. I think you may be able to find better buys in Jupiter Farms than in Palm City Farms at this time.
