If you are interested in West Palm Beach and are on a budget, I suggest Century Village. It is a very large gated community with pools, a movie theater, clubhouses, etc on the grounds. They also have community buses to take you shopping, etc. If you need more information, please contact me at:

The best place to start your search is on Realtor.com. This will give you an idea of what is on the market at this time as these properties come to you directly from the MLS (multiple listing service). Once you have an idea of what is out there your best bet is to contact a Realtor® and discuss your needs with her (me of course). I work and live in the West Palm Beach area and would be happy to answer any and all questions and start you on a productive search for the perfect second home.
