Using a Realtor when buying from a developer is truly in your best interest. The Real Estate Professional can give you guidance with location inside a community, advise you how that will help or hinder you with resale in the future and comprehensively look out for your interests in the transacation to ensure that it goes smoothly with you in mind, not just the developer. I have worked on site for developers as well as in general real estate, so I know both ends of this very well.
