There is a lot of talk of a softening real estate market. How would you describe the real estate market in Palm Beach Gardens?

Prices that have been steadily declining are now leveling off. Sales of homes priced intelligently has begun to increase. Many feel that the savy buyers are the ones taking advantage because they realize that prices will not go down much more. Homes that are priced too high are sitting for 6 months or longer. How are the parks and recreational areas in Palm Beach Gardens?

One of my favorite parks is John D. McCarthur State Park. This park affords kyaking, nature trails, gift shop and a great boardwalk to a gorgeous beach. Palm Beach Gardens Recreational facility has a variety of classes in art, dance,etc. and has added a water park in the last couple of years. Palm Beach Gardens is home to many excellent spots such as The Gardens Mall, Downtown At The Gardens. Stores in the Gardens Mall include Nordstroms, Macy's, Tiffany's and numerous other specialty shops and clothing stores. Downtown is home to Whole Foods Market, clothing and home stores as well as a wonderful spa, gift shops, movie theatre and numerous excellent restaurants. Grocery stores are conveniently placed. Book stores and coffee shops are also available. - Mon Apr 23 2007, 15:51
