About Me
I have a passion for real estate. I feel it is very important for the agent to educate and communicate with their client on a regular basis. So many people have had poor experiences with real estate professionals and choose to never go down that road again. I to have had my share of bad experiences as well. That's why I am dedicated to training the agents I work with to be the very best in their field. In fact, when you work with
i REALTY you will be asked to share your opinion of your real estate transaction for training purposes and to better aid us in our efforts to bring to the table the true meaning of professionalism.
In 2000 I went to real estate school and received my licenses in 2001. At that time I lived and worked in Las Vegas. In 2003 I started selling in Pahrump and then my husband and I decided to build our dream home and move to the Pahrump valley. I upgraded my licenses to Broker/Salesman and managed a local real estate office. In the spring of 2006 I was asked to teach for Community College of Southern Nevada. I taught the 90 hour real estate pre- licensing class for the State of Nevada. I continued teaching after CCSN was sold to Great Basin College. I currently have taken a semester off to pursue the opening of i REALTY and upgraded my licenses to Corporate BROKER. I was recently honored with an award given by REALTOR.com to only a handful of recipients for my Excellence in Internet Marketing.

Completely depends on the location of the property. Most lots are plotted @ 1.25 acres and range in value between 60K-75K. The value is determined by the neighborhood and the utility development feasibility. - Thu May 15 2008, 14:28
