There are 5 houses for sale on Barrington Lane in Chester Springs, PA. What is wrong with that street?

There is no matching reason for the coincidental listing of several homes on this street. It is a wonderful location and each home has specific attributes. There appear to be different reasons for each sale such as upsizing of residence, downsizing of residence and acreage, etc. Sometimes it simply is a matter of timing.
