how do I find a specific agent?

Donna Thacker answered:
I would search on Realtor.com. That would probably be the easiest. - Wed Oct 10 2007, 20:16

What type of loan can be used towards a bank owned property?

Donna Thacker answered:
You can use any kind of loan out there as long as you qualify for the loan and the property qualifies for the loan. Bank owned properties almost always require a preapproval letter from the lender. If the property is in questionable shape you would probably have to pay cash or get a conventional loan product. - Mon Jul 9 2007, 11:27
Donna Thacker answered:
I would go to the County Auditors website and see who the owner of record is. You can then ask a title company to do a title search to see if there are any recent changes. - Sun Jul 1 2007, 12:45
Donna Thacker answered:
In Ohio it is a negotiated item. Generally if the seller pays the closing costs the offer price reflects the costs in an increase in price. - Fri Jun 29 2007, 09:32
