1. You're only 5-10 minutes from town.
2. It's in the Wedgewood Subdivision.
3. The home sits on .51 Acres so you have room between you and your neighboors.
4. The home was originally listed at $189900 & they seem motivated.
5. It is also below Tax Value.
6. It's been on the market for about 4 or so months.
