There are 3 important questions...1..Price It must be priced better than your competition and you need to see your competition. 2. Location Must be in a good location, or price reflected on the lack of location, and 3. Condition It should be pre inspected so that you do not have problems that you will be unaware of at the last minute. Many sales flip because of the inspection issues. It is good to have the property staged also.
