In my opinion realtors are very slow to embrace technology. We are bombarded by so many interenet companies offering to place your website on the front page. We have signed up with a couple of them and have experienced little or no results. Tulia has had great reviews and third party endorsements so we are all over that...

We recommend in this market to contact an agent with over 5 years experience (your area)...to preview your property and discuss the most recent sales for the last 90 days. This will give you an idea of what the appraisers will use for property valuation. Full time real estate agents have the most current market data. Great question!
