Halifax Plantation is one of my favorite HOA communities. Very well maintained greens, challenging course, (for me), great club house with tasty food, beautiful scenery throughout and well planned roads with sidewalks and the larger lots located on the golf course. The community is strong and all of the homes and common areas are well maintained. One of the most noticable differences about the subdivision are the mature trees and lanscaping. Live Oaks that drape over the roads and properties, There is a newer publix grocery store in a small strip mall, a gas station and convenience store all just outside the entry gates to the Community. I-95 access very close too. I wil be happy to investigate the finances on the HOA and golf course but would be very surprised to find any financial challenges with their books. There have been very few foreclosures in that neighborhood. Please feel free to call or write me if you have more specific questions. I will be happy to get the answers for you.
