I think is an excellent idea to rent now to avoid regrets later on. However, you are risking to miss the low interest rates that we have at the moment, is up to you. In Metrowest there is a good inventory of homes/condos for rent. Is worth it, the location is great. - Tue Jul 10 2007, 08:27
