The ariport is not even twenty minutes in high traffic time, extremely close great deals, at this time in the Nona area . Please let me know How I may . You can buy a milliion dollar home or 250000 thousand dollar home. Lake nona is not over the flight path this should not be a problem. A short sale is when you have an in vestment or a home which is an investment and the bank let you sell it short which means in a down ward market they will let you sell it for less then what you owe. depending on the hardship. sometimes they will forgive the debt as well.

Did you not negotiate the purchase price? You should have done this, before moving in and giving any monies.
