I have been in the "Customer Service Industry" for over 36 years now and still enjoy working with and helping people with their wants, needs and expectations. There are many properties here in Florida that would be great investments right now. One important thing you need to know though is Foreign National Loans are hard to come by. The last I knew of required nearly 50% down payment. If you are a Canadian citizen and need to find a mortgage lender to purchase property in the U.S., I understand that TD Commerce is the place to go.

Your credit scores, income and debt load are the important things as far as an FHA Loan is concerned. A short conversation with a reputable loan officer will let you know if you qualify.

You will find many opportunities to purchase property here in the US in the $250,000 price range. If you plan to use the property yourself from time to time, you may want to consider purchasing a Vacation Home, sometimes referred to as a Vacation Villa. There are many available near Walt Disney World and enlisting the services a good Property Management Company to work with is extremely important. Most of these Management Companies have built great reputations over the years and are able to "Book" many weeks a year for you, one that I am aware of will guarentee you 32 weeks of "Bookings" each year and will oversee all aspects of the property for you for a monthly fee. The majority of these Vacation Homes have 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and swimming pools making them very comfortable for large or multiple families .

What have the places in stonebridge carriage homes been selling for?

Since February 1, 2008, only two units have sold according to MLS records. Qne was a 2/2 for $145,000 and the other a 3/2 for $188,000. There are several Active listings currently ranging from $140,000 to $319,000 depending on the square footage of the unit.
