Thank you for taking the time to read.
Lee Rosa graduated from the University of Central Florida in December of 2001, with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. During his tenure at UCF, he was a 2 sport varsity athlete participating in Cross Country and Track. For three years after college he used his degree working for the Department of Homeland Security. His main duties were supervisory and detecting explosives, having been certified in several different detecting devices.
The push into Real Estate evolved once he decided to purchase his first home. He enjoyed the process immensely and decided to dive into the profession head first. Lee began his career with Realty World Orlando where he quickly hired his coach and mentor, Tim Harris, his mission had begun. Through Coach Tim Harris's guidance and tutelage Lee deemed that industry education and real world experience were extremely important. Using Coach Harris's conditioning, style, and systems he has learned more about the Real Estate Industry in the last few years than most learn in 5 years.
In May of 2007, Lee decided to move his team to the 4th Largest real estate company in the nation, Keller Williams Realty. Keller Williams is a perfect fit for Lee’s Team Approach. The Lee Rosa Team uses teamwork and delegation perfectly to provide top notch customer service and powerful marketing to assist Central Florida buyers and sellers.

If its important to you to face South, then its important. The good news is ... the MLS allows up to search for which direction the home faces. When can we start looking for a South Facing Home? :) - Wed May 7 2008, 09:32
Bryan,
The answer is yes, I can set you up on a list via my website. However, I am going to level with you. The best "deals" are gone within 48-72 hours. The "others" stay until their prices drop, and at their price breaking point are gone too. Shoot me an email with your criteria, and I will create a search for you.
To your success,

REOs have now Flooded the MLS. Banks know that they must dump these properties as quickly as possible.
The best REO properties are being gobbled up within 48 hours, with multiple offers.
example 4/2 2100 sqft in East Orlando was dropped from 220k to 168k and had several offers within 1 day. FYI - comps showed 220-250k appraisal.
If you are serious about moving forward and would like to be put on a list like this ... shoot me an email:

Ree,
Everything you have heard so far is "solid information". Are there any special needs that you will need? Have you seen any areas that you have liked? Being out of the area can be very overwhelming, my team is here to support you through the entire process, including finding a place for the daycare center. I am anxiously awaiting your reply.

There are severeal "areas" where you can purchase a wonderful house in a great neighborhood for under 175k! (including east orlando)
The first step is figuring out what you want, then using a filter system to weed out the "bad" houses.
The entire process is fun, educational, and exciting --
