Hi.

An answer to your question. In my opinion paying for a discount brokerage service is in the name itself. Discount. Placing your home with a licensed realtor in the Orlando area is the way to go. Discount services basically charge you a fee to place it on the MLS, and that is it. You need a Realtor who can market and do open houses for more exposure. Exposure is the key. Virtual tours enhance it by linking you home to other websites like Realtor.com and Trulia.com. Any questions, feel free to call us.
