I have been in the Real Estate Industry for 5 to 6 years now, as a Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Business Broker, Real Estate Associate.
I have seen the good, the bad, the ugly, let me explain. The Good..when the market was HOT so Hot that each property for sale, sold in one day and had between 3 to 10 offers. The Bad, when inventory of homes for sales went from 1,200 to 8,300 in the Orlando and surrounding areas. The Ugly, when it did not matter, how much was the home, no one was buying or selling for that matter.
Now 10/2008 things are starting to come back to "normal" inventory is still high (more choices) prices have gone down, For the seller, I have over 10 International and National wesites besides the MLS to list your property. Its a Global economy, the more Buyers see your home the faster we will sell it, with my experience in Sales Marketing and Sales Pricing, your Property for sure will sell... For the Buyers, I can find that perfect HOME you and yours are looking for. In the area of your choice, with the ammeneties of your choosing.
The only way I know how to do Business with you....is showing or selling you the best properties for the best money possible.

Good Morning Tony,
In this worldwide slow economy, I have to be one step ahead and two steps in front of my competition. This is way I have secured ten (10) websites to market your home to millions of online Buyers nationwide and worldwide. It is a know fact that 80% of buyers look for their home on the Internet.
Having said this, the old fashion way of showcasing your property on the MLS and doing an open house, while its a good thing...its like the old fashion snail mail...
SLOW...the average home sits on the market for 90 o 120 days before a contract.

As you can see...there is alot of motivated realtors out there willing and able to help. But not one of them has offered you to sit with you to see all your options. There are so many options for buyers like you these days, that a sit and discuss (options) is mandatory or should I say " a very good idea".
