Single Family homes have been moving quickly if under $1200-1300 per month but all based on house and location My guess on single family is a vacany rate of 5-7% We locate and obtain your first tenant for FREE when you purchase the property through us. And don't worry you have final approval on tenant before signing the lease. Should buy homes from $170-220,000 in better areas for appreciation and more rental demand.
