Hi Judith! I would suggest the east side of Orlando. There are two specific areas that come to mind. Both are within close distance of the UCF or the new medical school/teaching hospital. Take a look at Waterford Lakes area or the Narcoose corridor. If you buy something near the new medical school you will probably get a faster return on your investment. Hi Shelley! I am a real estate consultant in Orlando. I would suggest you start with the east side of town. It's further from the attractions and yet still offers many things to do on evenings and weekends. I might suggest starting with the Waterford Lakes area or even the Moss Park Road area.
