I'm a realtor who works in both Orange and Riverside County. Hello my names Chaley I'm 29 yrs old and have been selling residential property for 3 years. Kerson, there are currently 3 properties in Laguna Hills which range from 118,000-150,000 and the associaion is at $235. With a lower price you may still be able to qualify. Mike I'm new school. There are oppurtunities for REO's before they hit the market. Not from a phone call but web based. Asset companies and banks use the web. When you find a home/REO have your agent run comps for you. I know about a few great buys in Orange if you don't have a agent Mike. How well do I know Orange?
