This home was closed on 11/30/09 around $160,000 actually. With seller concessions of just over $5300, this was a nice deal for a buyer.
Even with REO, foreclosed and sometimes short sales, a good RE agent can get you seller concessions, home warranties, etc. and earn their commission.
Are there other REO, foreclosed you are watching? If so, you may want to go ahead if financially ready and
take that plunge. Prices seem to be staying steady now in our area although we do continue tohear that interest may increase this coming year.
