Sorry to hear about this Jenna. You should definitely go down to his office and demand to speak to his manager and processor. Have them show you the loan approval and give you the current status. Have your Realtor request an extension of escrow. If this is an REO listing they might hit you with a per diem penalty. I would also be proactive and ask your Realtor for a referral of a good loan officer. Good Luck.
