Century 21 Beachside Realtor, my name is Oscar Ortega. Here to service all of the Orange County area with the great knowledge i have. I've been on both sides of the business from lending to real estate now. Im currently taking all the training available for me to become a broker real soon. Im always on top of todays market conditions with up to date status of the economy conditions. REO agents are extremely busy and wouldnt do a great job representing the buyers side. It's best staying with a buyer agent if your a buyer and if your the seller it's best going with the listing agents .

can foreclosure property in California owned by a bank cancel a contract because buyer asks to give credit?

In todays Bank Own Homes when working with the banks you have to be aware that the only credit you can ask for on the buyers side is closing costs credit. Thats about the only credit their giving back. This usually happends once your in escrow banks will do that if you start asking for more than what you were before in the previous contract. You agent will have to do his best to negociate something with the bank so they wouldnt cancel the contract.
