It really depends 1 % is the norm but you can put more if you are in multiple offers which may be of benefit to you.

where is the best site to sell your house on line?

Hi there Ed. I work and live in North Tustin and Santa Ana Area. It will take more than a website to sell a home in todays market. This will not work to your advantage. If you would like to know why this is I would be happy to meet and show it to you. If you are interested in getting the maximium for your home you need to have maximium exposure to attract multiple buyers which will turn into multiple offers for you to choose the best ones.

I work a lot in the Irviine Area. If you send me the address I can get the information to you. If you are considering to buy you may want to rethink using a listing agent as they have a legal respnsibility to the seller and working with a buyer is considered a conflict of interests. You would need a buyers agent for a purchase just as you would a listing agent for a sale. If you would like an agent commited to helping you please drop me a line

Hi there Todd, it does not look like it. All the really great neighborhoods still command a stong demand and the prices are holding up. But there are some that are prime to sell so there are some really great buys out there. You just need to be out there looking.

What is the price of a single family home in aliso viejo ca?

Hi there Vayunandan, There are 36 three bed room homes ranging form $ 242k up to $ 775k It really all depends on the property. There are 27 Four beds, 21 Five beds.
