In the state of NJ all realtor commission fees are negotiable. Now like the old saying goes "you get what you pay for "and that hold true (example Foxtons could never get an appt to show a home) If you are looking for a full service brokerage to market your home, offer sound real advice and provide the tools needed to sell, then 5-6% is fair.
