I'm going to keep my answer short & simple. Before you decided to use the agent that you decided to use, there should have been some expectations laid out. What you expect of them, as well as what they expect of you. During that time, the agent should have laid out, for you, their marketing plan/strategy. That said, you should not only expect, but demand that they live up to their part of the agreement. If they don't, send 'em packing. Different agents have different ideas & strategies in regards to marketing. None of them are necessarily wrong or right. It's what works for YOU! Best of Luck! - Wed Apr 23 2008, 22:41

As a Keller Williams Olympia agent, that happens to be right in the middle of quite a few short sales, I'm curious as to your use of "going against". As stated by the previous KW partners, KW doesn't "go against" ANYTHING that I know of. It's not part of the culture. WIN - WIN for ALL parties involved, or no deal.
