Talk to your family and friends ask them about a Realtor that they used and were happy with. Talk to that Realtor and ask them about lenders that they work with. Set up a time to meet, go over interest rates,locking in your rate, junk fees. Once you find a Realtor and a lender start looking at 2-3 houses. Take it slow. Let your Realtor know this is your first house. They will walk you thur the whole process. Step by step. Make sure that you only look at what you can afford.
