I received my real estate license in 1996 and began by career with Century 21 Gold Castle at that time. Since then my husband and I have welcomed 3 great kids and a giant german shepherd into our family. I am originally from Del City (an east side suburb of OKC) now residing in Yukon (a west side suburb) so I feel uniquely qualified to assist buyers and sellers in the entire OKC metro area. I have additionally begun to teach real estate continuing education programs and am now coaching other agents to increase their professionalism and service level. I believe that quality service and an upfront approach is the key to a smooth transaction.

There is a website that posts all open houses not just in you area but all around to country openhouse.com.
You can also post open houses on realtor.com. There is a catch you actually have to pay! I am not saying this pertains to you specificly but there are a number of Realtors that want all the benefits of advertizing but none of the cost some companys spend thousands of dollars a month promoting thier websites to drive traffic to them as so some agents and as harsh as it may sound those agents not willing to pay do not get to play. I nor my company do any newspaper ads but we do pay to be on the newspapers website and every other website we can find it is just the cost of doing this business. - Fri Oct 24 2008, 08:53

WOW leave your own political views aside and really think about it. This housing market was created by everyone in this country democrat and republican. Every president, every senator, every city councilman, every buyer and every seller. We did it as a collectiver group because we did not regulate housing or banking to the exent we should have. I always request a good faith estimate in oklahoma city our contracts have a lot of info on the financial page and the gfe really helps, also we are required to provide a buyer estimate of costs without a good faith estimate we can simply not do that effictiivly. If the buyer wants seller to pay any costs we need to know what those are. - Tue Sep 9 2008, 09:38

A bit eclectic in my interest which range from reading to home improvment. A real do it yourselfer at heart I really enjoy the process taking something from nothing and creating something beautiful. I love flowers but just can't get into gardening so I buy them. With 2 sons and a daughter I have found myself playing soccer then playig dolls and doing makeovers all in the same hour, and I wouldn't change that for the world. I love to cook really get into the food network. My entire family are movie frieks and love to spend time together in front of the TV eating way to much extra butter popcorn and watching flicks.
