About Me

While I was born in the sunny state of California, I have lived in Oklahoma for 33 years and have seen plenty of changes to Oklahoma real estate. I attended Oklahoma State University as a marketing major and have been involved in property management and real estate since 1994. I watch our MLS daily to keep up-to-date on any changes or additions to the Oklahoma City Metro area. I have the experience and knowledge you want in a Realtor and I will work hard for you. My husband Jeff Henning is a four-time state champion and two-time All-American wrestler, wrestling for University of Oklahoma and University of Central Oklahoma (this is just straight bragging.) We have a beautiful family with five children, three girls and two boys. Family is the most important thing to us and I will certainly put your family's values first when searching for your home.

Anyone know of a 3 bedroom HOUSE that is rent to own or just rent for $550 in El Reno?

Christina, I did some research and found an adorable 3 bedroom with a large fenced backyard in El Reno that has been remodeled and the asking price is $47,900... the sellers are willing to pay closing costs which should help remedy your situation. Christina, These days there are multiple programs for Down Payment Assistance and Closing Costs... sometimes sellers will also help or contribute to the buyers down payment or closing costs. Have you heard about any of these programs and have you looked into them? Hi Christina! I agree with Susie. You could start with your bank, however, you should definitely talk with 2-3 lenders. In my opinion, the best way to find a good lender is through referrals... I have a few great recommendations. One mortgage originator I have had great success with is Chris Duncan with 1st Commercial Bank in OKC his phone number is 330-9631. and it is a website where parents can actually rate the school. It is a great tool. Edmond Public schools offers Pre-K classes and it is an exceptional school system.
