Erik Wilde was born and raised in Ojai, California and is a graduate of the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, where he received his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, Erik has been involved with the sales and leasing of commercial real estate since January of 2005, starting his career with Pacifica Commercial Realty in Santa Barbara, California. His market knowledge along with his industry experience gives him a specialized understanding of commercial and investment real estate transactions. He also works along side his father Larry Wilde, who has been working the Ojai Real Estate market since 1975.

It also depends on how aggressive the listing agent and/or seller is with the bank. Make sure the listing agent has a 3rd party authorization to discuss the loan with the lender. Its important for the agent(s) to be very persistent with the banks. Dont expect the banks to be proactive with the sale.
