Is upgrading a home in Cleveland Zip code 44105 a good idea before selling?

I think as long as the house is clean and it shows well you will be fine. Right now is a good time to market to people who have to down size or first time home buyers. If you take out the clutter and make the house smell good. You should be fine. Invest in a maid service if you do not have the time to clean it yourself.
