Houses in West Point vary in price greatly. This can be effected by age, lot size, square footage & condition. To give you a few "broad stroke" statistics from the last year:

Lowest Sold Price: $125,000
Highest Sold Price: $379,900
Lowest Current List Price: $132,000
Highest Current List Price: $589,900

The average sales price in your extended area (West Point, Syracuse, Clinton) is $157,722 or $72 a square foot. Depending on the age and condition of your home this could be either too low or too high, but hopefully this gives you a starting point. A real estate broker or an appraiser could provide a more detailed report on your specific home when you are ready. Let me know if you have any additonal questions.
