""Last month we purchased a beautiful home through Coldwell Banker at Ocean Shores, WA. This home was purchased completely sight-unseen, and is located in a city that we've never been to. The ultimate on-line shopping trip! We currently live in Tokyo Japan, but all this was possible because of the wonderful service we received through our real estate agent, Jeff Daniel. In our opinion, if there is an award for the best agent, he should get it, hands down! The extra ordinary effort he put forth to help us was outstanding. Jeff took over 100 pictures of the home we were interested in, and answered many, many questions through numerous e-mails. We also received many pictures of the area and city of Ocean Shores. He walked us through the loan process with incredible patience, and offered advice when asked. His love for the city he lives in is genuine and his knowledge of the area helped us in making our decisions. Jeff has given us a lot of information about services in the area and has even contacted some of them for us to set up the billing process. We truly believe we not only had the best agent, but have found a great friend! We are excited to see our home for the first time, and meet Jeff and the people he has put us in contact with when we come home for vacation during the Christmas holidays.
